Social events

The “social side” is an important part of St Alban’s Players.

We organise a range of events:

• Last year we held a swish black tie dinner at Henbury Golf Club to celebrate our 35th anniversary as a club. Our guest speaker was local theatre legend, Mr Chris Harris.
• Club nights – these include play readings, informal quizzes or games and a chance to chat. We welcome non-members to club nights – they’re a good introduction to the club.
• A start-of-season lunch party.
• An annual Christmas dinner or party.
• One-off events – including theatre trips, quiz nights and fund raisers.

Our next club night will be announced shortly and will be held at the Wells Room, St Alban’s Church Hall, Bayswater Avenue, Westbury Park, Bristol BS6 7NU. Non-members are very welcome!
