Autumn’s Ahead

As well as auditions for Hobson’s Choice do make a note of the first of this season’s Theatre Workshops on Wednesday 14th September. Starting at 7:30pm, it will be held in the Wells Room at St Alban’s Church Hall, Bayswater Ave, Westbury Park.

We will be reading excerpts from two original plays, which will then be open for audience discussion and constructive criticism. These plays could possibly be considered for future production by the players. New members are most welcome to attend and get to know the group in an informal atmosphere.

Summer time and taking it easy…

(but a bit of business as usual!)

We’re running towards our quieter summer months.

We are having a garden party for members and patrons in June. High tea, entertainment, quiz, socialising and a final bit of fundraising for our charity of the year.

It’s then on to our Annual General Meeting to sort out a new committee, our next charity of the year and all the other bits and bobs that go into running a drama club.
